DIED 
PATRICK BYRNE, an inmate of the poor farm died of heart failure and the remains were taken to Baraboo, Monday where the funeral was held from the residence of his brother Thomas. Mr. Byrne was nearly 89 years old and was brought to the county farm from near Hillsboro several years ago, having no immediate relatives to care for him, although he had property sufficient to pay for all his needs.

PATRICK BYRNE
Patrick Byrne of Baraboo, died at the county farm Sunday morning, January 7, 1906, aged 88 years and 9 months. The remains were taken to Baraboo Monday for interment. The deceased was not without means but, having no other place to go in his declining years, made his home at the county farm the past two years.
