William H. Wilson was born on December 11, 1865 in the town of La Valle. He was the youngest child of a family of three sons and a daughter born to George and Mary Bary Wilson.
On February 11, 1903 he was married to Carrie M. Paddock and since that time made his home in the village.
Mr. Wilson had been in poor health the past two years. During the past nine weeks he has been confined to his bed. He passed on March 11, 1939, aged 73 years and three months.
The funeral was held on Tuesday, at 1:30 p. m. from the home, Rev. Joslin officiating. Burial took place in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
He leaves to mourn, the widow, Mrs. Carrie M. Wilson, besides many nephews and nieces.
